The safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority. We have adapted our venues to ensure we keep everyone at WonderWorld as safe as possible. COVID measures introduced include enhanced cleaning regimens, capacity reductions, spaced seating, increased sanitising stations, one way system throughout our venues and online booking/ ordering systems. The FAQ below reveals further details of the enhanced COVID safety measures in place at Wonderworld.
Yes- we now take online bookings for general admission. Our parks are operating at significantly reduced capacities (typically less than 50% of that pre-COVID) and as such, walk in bookings cannot be guaranteed. We request all customers book online through our website www.wonderworldsoftplay.co.uk
Yes we are operating at significantly reduced capacities in all our parks to help reduce the risk of COVID. We kindly request that guests minimise the number of spectating guests in their booking and at present we only allow 2 spectators per booking.
Yes, in accordance with the latest government guidelines all customers and staff over the age of 5 years must wear a face covering while moving around the building with the exception of eating , drinking or playing on the play equipment. The only exceptions are those 5 years old and under or those with an exemption card.
Customers will be required to have their temperature checked as a condition of entry. On arrival, you will have your temperature checked using a handheld infrared non-contact thermometer or using our thermal cameras. We do not record the temperature reading. If your temperature is over 37.8 degrees you and the other guests in your party will unfortunately not be allowed to enter the venue. In this circumstance a refund would be issued.
A one-way system has been implemented throughout and immediately outside the building demarcated by arrows and barriers. We have floor markings to ensure guests remain 2 meters apart whilst queueing and our seating areas have been adjusted to accommodate social distancing measures. For this reason, we must request that guests do not move tables and chairs. Whilst in the play frame, social distancing will be easier as we have less people in our venues.
